Lube Oil Rundown Tanks
A typical API-614 (ISO-10438) lube oil system requires a rundown tank to provide gravity-fed oil during emergency shutdown of the rotating equipment. Cobey designs and fabricates both pressurized (ASME code) and non-pressurized versions as required by customer preference. Vessel design and instrumentation are in accordance with API-614 (ISO-10438) requirements per figures B.15 or B.16.
Seal-Oil Overhead Tanks
A typical API-614 (ISO-10438) seal oil system will require a seal-oil overhead tank to provide pressurized oil during emergency shutdown of the rotating equipment. Cobey designs and fabricates seal-oil overhead tanks. Vessel design and instrumentation are in accordance with API-614 (ISO-10438) requirements per figures B.17.
Pulsation Dampeners
An integral requirement of reciprocating compressor packages, both API and non-API, Cobey designs and fabricates pulsation dampeners, including performing code calculations and pulsation studies. Units can include baffles, choke tubes, etc as well as built in drain pots and/or liquid separators.
