The Cobey Company goal for 2010 has been announced! Our initiative will be to G.R.O.W. – Get Rid Of Waste. We will be pursuing this goal in all areas from Administration and Human Resources to Engineering, Sales and Manufacturing.Our goal will be for Cobey to G.R.O.W. as an organization and as a result to produce better products for our Customers by getting rid of waste. Cobey has begun to explore each process in all departments to determine which areas we can improve in and where we can create more stream-lined policies for better output. Our end result will be to produce a better more efficient product for our customers. We will be reviewing and implementing new strategies throughout the year in order to reach our goal. The Cobey Company Goal for 2009 was a huge success! We succeeded with a 52% improvement in our on-time shipments. Thank you to everyone for their efforts.
